Randeep is Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Drilling Business, based in Mumbai. He focuses on driving safety culture, operational excellence, and financial performance across India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.

Randeep holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a graduate of Shell’s leadership and HSE programs. He brings over 35 years of senior leadership experience in the global drilling industry. He began his career with a national oil and gas company, progressing from hands-on driller to Offshore Installation Manager (OIM). He later held key leadership roles with Essar Oil in Oman, BG Group, and Shell, spanning offshore drilling, well engineering, unconventional gas, and large-scale decommissioning projects.

At Shell, Randeep served as General Manager – Wells, where he led one of the industry’s largest offshore decommissioning programs in India and worked closely with the Oil Industry Safety Directorate (OISD) to strengthen Plug and Abandonment standards. Prior to joining Foresight, he was Vice President at Adani Welspun Exploration Ltd.
